The Short Version

Obfusc lets you create mini-apps by describing them in plain English. These are your creations—you own them. We provide the tool, you bring the ideas.

Please use Obfusc responsibly. Don't create anything harmful, illegal, or that violates others' rights. That's basically it.

Your Creations Belong to You

When you create an app with Obfusc, you own it. The code, the concept, everything. You can:

• Use your apps however you want
• Share them with others
• Export the code and build on it
• Take your ideas to a developer and make something bigger

We don't claim any ownership over what you create. Your ideas are yours.

About AI-Generated Content

Obfusc uses AI to generate your apps. A few things to understand:

• AI-generated apps are functional but not production-ready
• Results may vary—AI doesn't always get it perfect on the first try
• You're responsible for reviewing what you create before sharing it
• Don't rely on AI-generated apps for critical or safety-related tasks

We're providing a creative tool, not a professional development service. The apps are meant to be fun, useful, and a way to explore your ideas—not mission-critical software.

Credits and Purchases

Obfusc uses a credit system for AI features:

• Creating and editing apps uses credits
• You can purchase credits through the app
• Guests receive no complimentary credits. Using Obfusc without signing in requires purchased credits for every AI feature. Signing in grants a one-time allowance of free credits.
• Credits purchased as a guest are tied to the device or installation, not to you. Signing in transfers your guest balance to your account. If you uninstall the app or change devices without signing in, we may be unable to restore the balance.
• Credits are non-refundable once used
• Unused credits don't expire
• If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the credits it granted are removed from the balance

Purchases are processed through the app store you installed from — Google Play on Android, Apple's App Store on iOS. Their terms apply to all transactions, and refunds are handled by them. To request a refund on Google Play, use Order history in the Play Store or contact us with your order ID.

Acceptable Use & Content Policy

Obfusc uses generative AI to create apps and images from your prompts. You are responsible for the prompts you enter and the content you generate. Do not use Obfusc to create, generate, upload, or transform:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors — this is reported to authorities
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content, or non-consensual intimate imagery
• Content that promotes, incites, or threatens violence, terrorism, or self-harm
• Hate speech or content that harasses, bullies, or demeans people based on protected characteristics
• Anything illegal or that promotes illegal activity, dangerous goods, or fraud
• Misleading, deceptive, or impersonating content (impersonating real people, brands, or services)
• Malware, spam, or anything designed to harm users or devices
• Content that violates others' intellectual property or privacy

Reporting: If AI-generated content is offensive or violates this policy, report it from inside the app — open the app's info panel and tap "Report this app," or use Settings → Report Content — or email obfusc.support@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

Limitations

We're a small team building something we think is cool. We provide Obfusc "as is" and can't guarantee it will always work perfectly.

• We're not liable for any damages from using (or not being able to use) Obfusc
• We don't guarantee uptime or that features will always be available
• We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time
• You use AI-generated content at your own risk

This isn't us being unfriendly—it's just how software works. We'll do our best to keep things running smoothly.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know through the app. Continuing to use Obfusc after changes means you accept the new terms.
